Hi, My name is Rae or as some may know me.. Raenbow.

Life has a funny way of not always going as planned, wanted or expected. And when it's your health that flips everything you had planned, dreamt and started the process of happening, it has a huge knock on affect. 

So please join me on my rainbow filled journey, as I show you what living a disabled life is like from my perspective. I'll be brutally honest and show you my highs and lows, navigating through conquering my dreams and goals whilst having to adapt and change things due to my disabilities, disorders and chronic illnesses.

Movie lovers..

Netflix & Prime have some absolutely epic episodes and films showing currently! Netflix showing a series called Black Mirror. All different episodes of different horror/thriller/crime stories.

Im currently hooked on Greys Anatomy. So I've made sure to watch all 435 episodes and all 3 spin off shows too! All are on Disney+.

Clothing..

Dressing gowns and thick cozy jumpers and hoodies all the way.. not forgetting those slippers!
